Community Involvement

At Bravado we recognize the importance of community and strive to be considerate and responsible members. All moms deserve great support and comfortable nursing bras; our hope is our community involvement helps new moms have a successful breastfeeding experience.

Baby Buggy
We donated over 27,876 nursing bras to new moms enrolled in the Nurse-Family Partnership program to help them get the breastfeeding support that they need.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum partners with Bravado Designs to benefit Baby Buggy
Actress and expectant mother Jenna Dewan-Tatum understands the essential role of a strong support system in assuring that new moms and babies thrive. That's why the mother-to-be partnered with Bravado to donate 3,500 nursing bras to help further Baby Buggy's critical work. Her donation will help new mothers and their babies by providing the essential tools and resources necessary to make breastfeeding possible.

Jewel & Bravado Step-up to support Baby Buggy
Singer, songwriter, actress, activist and new mom Jewel was such an instant fan of Bravado that she made a generous and significant donation of well over 2500 nursing bras and tanks to Jessica Seinfeld's Baby Buggy in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas. Product donated in her name will change the lives of thousands of at-risk women and children – meeting critical needs though innovative programs.

Jessica Capshaw and Bravado Team Up to Support Critical Work of Baby2Baby
Jessica Capshaw, actress and mother of three, partnered with Bravado Designs to donate more than 500 nursing bras and tank tops to help support the critical work of Baby2Baby, a non-profit organization that provides families in need throughout Los Angeles with essential baby gear and clothing for their children up to age 12. The donation provided much needed nursing supplies and support to new and expectant moms served by Baby2Baby in Los Angeles.

What to Expect
We sent over 1000 nursing bras to the What to Expect Organization to help low income mothers get the support and education they need while they are pregnant.

Children’s Instititute
We partnered with Bravado Mama Angie Harmon to donate over 500 nursing bras in addition to $5 of the purchase of every nursing bra bought from November to December 2008.

Jessie’s Center for Teenagers
Bravado donated over 2,000 nursing bras to select women’s shelters in the Toronto Area. Bravado employees were dispatched to donate the much needed bras and undies to new moms who otherwise could not afford them.
