Moms to be… and More
The Rebecca Minkoff for Bravado Designs Limited Edition, Essential Nursing Tank Collection will be available via a carefully curated group of specialty retailers including Moms to Be... and More. These are dedicated, long-term partners of Bravado Designs, all of whom share Bravados’ philosophy and commitment to super-serving all mothers.
Moms to be… and More is Toronto’s biggest baby boutique for all of your baby needs. With over seventeen years of experience in the baby gear industry we guarantee you will have a fun and informative shopping experience. Proud owner, Karen Judd, started her business as a new and recycled concept and after moving her business to the trendy area of Leaside, she realized that the demand for new, fashionable quality products was the perfect direction to take. Moms to be… and More has over time expanded to a warm and friendly two storey, 12,000 square foot store which is serviced by 30+ staff members. Our staff is fully trained to guide you through thousands of the latest products. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge and ability to educate you, without the pressure to buy.
Beyond the store we offer some other great services. Some of these include an online and instore gift registry service, personal shopping (simply call to book an appointment), an off-site Distribution Centre which can store your furniture purchase until you are ready for delivery. Most notably, we have a priceless affiliation to the Canadian Car Seat Installation Centre (CCIC). The CCIC provides an outstanding service that professionally installs your child’s car seats.
Bravado has been a staple at our store for almost 9 years. Its high quality and reputation make it integral to serving our pre and post natal clients. While the Body Silk Seamless and Nursing Tank are our best sellers, the wide range of fashionable and supportive bras means that every mother can find something. We’re excited to carry the new Rebecca Minkoff tank. Traditionally nursing tanks and tops have been something that moms aren’t that excited to be seen wearing out, but offering in a new stylish option lets our new mothers look their best even on three hours sleep.
Each year the staff at Moms to be ...and More chooses a worthy cause which we feel we can make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate. At Christmastime 2010, we supported the homeless in Toronto with a winter coat drive that collected over 250 coats and in 2011 we collected over 1300 pairs of shoes for the Haitian people. 2012 will see another successful charity drive; we are always blown away by our clients’ generosity. Last year one local school class donated almost 300 pairs of shoes by themselves.
In the spring of 2012, we launched our Sick Kids initiative, donating a portion of the sales from 4 of our largest brands to the Sick Kids Foundation. This money will go to help Sick Kids to pursue pioneering scientific and clinical advancements in paediatric health care. Millions of children around Toronto, Ontario and Canada benefit from Sick Kids specialized expertise.
Moms to be and More’s relationship with Bravado is ever strong and growing and we look forward to our future endeavours.
