I bought the large because I was between sizes. The cup fit is great. The band fit is good. It feels a little tight at first, but is still comfortable. It feels alot like a sports bra. While it doesn't give a ton of shape, I mostly wore it for sleeping, around the house and errands. Love the racerback style. I love the pull-over style with no clasps to hurt your back when you lean back against a chair to nurse. The snap close is super easy to use without looking. And the bras retain their shape despite long term use, wear, and washing. You can do just about any activity in it (although I use a separate sports bra for running) and it's true to size. I'll probably never own anything else. I've tried on lots of styles since my first purchase of this bra, but I can't find anything I like better. The only complaint I have is that they are a bit difficult to get on and off since there are no snaps (you have to put it on over your head). This isn't a big deal after a few weeks of nursing, but when I first started nursing, I was a bit tender and it was a bit painful to put on and take off.
