One bra at a time
Bravado Designs and Breasthealth.org are partnering together to inspire women to learn more about their breast health, and the contribution breastfeeding has in helping to reduce the risk of breast cancer.
Based on a 2015 study published between Breastcancer.org, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Washington University, St. Louis., and the American Cancer Society, it was determined that breastfeeding can help to reduce breast cancer by 20%*. Given Bravado Design’s commitment to supporting every new Mom on her breastfeeding journey, through the design of stylish and comfortable maternity and nursing bras, it felt natural to partner with Breasthealth.org to help underscore this important message.
Between now and May 31st , proceeds from our Buttercup Nursing Bra in limited edition Watercolor will be donated to Breasthealth.org and their mission to inspire, empower and educate women and girls to protect their breast health.
Additionally, over the next few months, Bravado Designs and Breasthealth.org will be working together to bring awareness and understanding around breast health across our social channels and websites. Stay tuned-in for tips to stay abreast of your health!
